Every year, National Staffing Week is celebrated for one week. This is an important week for celebrating staffing employees. For Spectra360, we created a campaign to spotlight their wonderful employees. This video is one element of the campaign. 

The campaign included social media efforts, employee engagement awards, and media outreach. On social media, our engagement rate for this campaign was 7.9%, with a 4% increase in followers, and an average of 52 shares per post.
