LinkedIn Company Page

Your LinkedIn company page is one of the best ways to get impressions on your content and build a positive brand image. It is recommended that you post at least once a day on LinkedIn, but that can be difficult, especially if you don’t have a large team to pump out content. Here are some ideas to get you started with this posting schedule.

LinkedIn Company Page Ideas:

Polls

Polls are one of the quickest and easiest posts to make across any platform. You can base the polls on anything, from your latest blog post to pop culture. Polls are great because they drive more engagement than most post types, plus it’s a balance of capturing your audience while not asking too much of them and their time. Let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a good poll?

Company Wins and Milestones

Another post that will drive engagement on your LinkedIn company page is celebratory posts. When your company has a win, or passes a milestone, share it on LinkedIn. It’s an easy post for viewers to like and it builds your company’s reputation.

Employee Spotlights

In the same vein, employee spotlights are another great way to build your company’s image. These are great tools to help with connections and recruiting too. We’ve got a whole blog post on employee spotlights, check it out here!

Newsletters

This is a great type of post to fill your content calendar. These are newsletters built into LinkedIn, so your followers can be notified in the app when you post. This is also an amazing way to integrate a call to action to encourage sign-ups for your email newsletter if you have one. Here is a guide to making a LinkedIn newsletter. Alternatively, you can post a quote or story from your email newsletter to encourage people to sign up.

Industry Articles and News

Posting third-party articles or news stories is a great way to show your expertise in your field, and it’s fairly easy to integrate into your content calendar. Once a week, simply look through Google News using keywords that are relevant to your business. Pick your favorite quote or tidbit from the article and post it with the link to the story!
